Those who have a vision for the bigger picture and have aspirations of owning and operating their own agency or working for themselves should pursue the Certificate IV immediately. If you so choose, there is nothing stopping you from beginning the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice program in its entirety right from the beginning. However, there are requirements that must be met in order to apply to Fair Trading NSW.
In order to be eligible to apply for a full license in the state of New South Wales (NSW), you need to have completed the remaining 13 units of study for the qualification known as the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) as well as having a minimum of 12 months of registered industry experience as an Assistant Agent.
The five units (CPPREP4001, CPPREP4002, CPPREP4003, CPPREP4004, and CPPREP4005) from the Assistant Agent course that were mentioned earlier are included in the Certificate IV.
