Rules for eBay Plus
You acknowledge and accept that you are bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms") with eBay Marketplaces GmbH ("eBay") when you sign up for an eBay Plus membership. You and eBay have agreed to these Terms, which will govern our rights and responsibilities in relation to one another. 1. Becoming a member of the eBay Plus program

You will have fourteen calendar days beginning on the date that the membership fee was debited from the payment method of your choice to submit a request for a refund of the fee to Customer Service. For the avoidance of doubt, as of the date that you cancel your eBay Plus membership, you will no longer be eligible to receive the benefits of having that membership.
2.4 In the event that you took advantage of the "Keep my Benefits and Receive a Gift Card" offer and later demanded a refund of your membership fee in accordance with clause 2, your request will be denied. 3. 3. Free trial period of thirty days
3.1 You have the ability to cancel your membership in eBay Plus at any time during the free trial period of thirty days if you sign up for it. The trial period lasts for thirty days.

3.3 If you do not cancel your eBay Plus membership before the end of the 30-day trial period, your membership will be automatically renewed, and you will be charged the full annual or monthly subscription fee (as applicable) in accordance with sections 5 and 6. You may cancel your membership at any time before the end of the trial period by going to your account settings and clicking the "Cancel Membership" button.
3.4 Each eBay member is only eligible for one free 30-day trial of eBay Plus during their membership. You are only allowed to take advantage of eBay's free 30-day trial once, regardless of how many accounts you have or how many times you create new ones.
4. The advantages of having an eBay Plus membership
4.1 Because you are a member of eBay Plus:
4.1 1 Subject to the conditions outlined in clause 4, you are eligible to receive free delivery on items purchased through eBay Plus. 3, 4 4, 4 5, 4 7 and 4 8;

4.6 2 The item does not fit into any of the categories for which returns are not accepted;
4.6 3 You send the item back to the seller within thirty days of the date you received it, or within the timeframe specified by the seller if they allow returns for a longer period of time;
4.6 4 You submit your request for the return by using eBay's inflow returns services;
4.6 5 You send the item back using a return postage label provided by eBay. You will be prompted to create and print a postage label to return the item via eBay's designated shipping partner(s) for returns as part of eBay's inflow returns service. Additionally, you will be required to provide a tracking number for the returned item.
4.6 6 For items for which eBay's inflow returns service does not provide a return postage label (e.g., books), you can print a return label here. g items), you will be required to contact eBay Customer Service in order to receive assistance with returning the item. If we make arrangements to reimburse you for the costs of return postage, we may ask for a receipt even if we provide you with a return postage label or supply you with a return postage label.

5. Fees

5.5 If all of the payment methods eBay has on file for you are declined and you are unable to pay your membership fees, you are required to provide us with a new payment method that is eligible for payment as soon as possible; otherwise, your membership will be terminated.
5.6 Your membership might be terminated automatically if the payment of your membership fee is revoked or voided for any reason, such as if your chargeback request to your financial institution is approved. Other potential triggers include a violation of our terms and conditions.

6. The Contract's Term and Its Ending

6.4 In the event that your initial payment method is declined and you subsequently provide us with a new eligible payment method, in which case you are successfully charged for your membership fees, your membership will begin on the date that you signed up for it or the date that you renewed it, and not the date that you were successfully charged for it. This is because the date of the successful charge is not the date that your membership began.
6.5 Your membership in eBay Plus can be terminated at any time at eBay's discretion, and you will not receive a refund of any membership fees paid in the following circumstances:
6.5 1 eBay has reason to believe that you are using the services provided by eBay Plus to eBay's and other members' detriment; or 2
6.5 2 you make fraudulent use of the services provided by eBay Plus; or
6.5 3 your use of the eBay Plus membership violates these Terms and Conditions as well as any law that may be applicable.
If there is a need for eBay to act quickly to prevent loss or damage to eBay or its members, including instances where your use of your eBay Plus membership has been fraudulent, eBay will give you prior notice of such termination.
6.6 If for any reason eBay decides to terminate, restrict, or suspend your eBay account, it is possible that your eBay Plus membership will also be automatically terminated.
7. the practice of limiting liability

9. Some further definitions
9.1 You are not permitted to sell, trade, or otherwise make available to another person any eBay Plus benefits, including your membership.
9.2 eBay has the right to delegate its rights and responsibilities under this agreement, in whole or in part, to another eBay entity or to a third party at any time and for any reason it sees fit.
9.3 These Terms may be modified at any time at eBay's discretion by posting the revised terms on eBay. com au You can also expect to receive notice of any significant changes through eBay Messages (located in My eBay) or directly to the email address that is associated with your account.
