Catalano's Seafood1 is a seafood restaurant.

Put the frozen raw shrimp into a sink that is filled with cold water, and allow them to thaw. Drain well Start by bringing a large pot of water to a boil, then stir in one-half of the salt.
First, bring the sink to a third full with water, then put in a decent amount of ice and the rest of the salt.
Once the salt has been completely dissolved, add the uncooked prawns to the water and bring it back to a boil.
As the prawns cook, they will become plump and float to the surface of the water. Take them out with a slotted spoon, and then immediately put them into the cold water to put an end to the cooking process.
After they have been allowed to reach room temperature, drain the water and arrange them on a platter along with some cocktail sauce, ice, and lemon wedges.

The Fresca Fish Company. BY
Fresca Fish Company comes from Italy; the word "fresca" means "fresh" in Italian.
Catalano Seafoods, a company that has a history of supplying the people of Australia with high-quality Australian seafood for the past 50 years, is the company that started Fresca Fish Co. In order to complement its well-known and trusted quality as well as its commitment to a sustainable ethos, we are conscious of the fact that in addition to quality, we must also source exceptional value into the supply chain and provide a wider variety of products than are typically offered locally.
Our purchasers look far and wide for those bargains, but they won't compromise the faith they've earned over the past half-century. We look things up, we look into them, we go places, we choose things, we watch things, we taste things, and we engage. Our international collaborators are obligated to uphold the Catalan philosophy.
