The problem that had been occurring with my gift cards has been resolved, thanks to the Payment Team. Because of a problem with the Catch system, my Catch card was disabled, and there was no balance reflected.

However, the problem concerning the Order has not been solved as of yet. After verifying through the website that the product was in stock, I went ahead and purchased the gift cards; however, I was unable to place an order for the product itself because of a system error that read "Quantity requested (1) is not available for offer 134103."

This happens frequently when I'm using my phone; it's been explained to me that it's a connection error. Catch has suggested that I try finalizing my payments on a personal computer instead; so far, this strategy has been successful. When I place an order using either a desktop or a laptop computer, I haven't come across this problem.

I'm sorry, but I can't help you because I didn't get a card. According to my observations, the process was mechanized. I would inquire with them about it because I have discovered that they are rather eager for your business. I would like to make it clear that I am not employed by the company, nor do I currently receive nor have I ever received any sort of bonus for recommending them. I would like to bring to your attention the fact that their tracking is all over the place. I hope that this is of some assistance, but I can see how it wouldn't be.

There is a possibility that the item you are purchasing is one that is sold on the Marketplace. All sellers on our Catch Marketplace ship their items independently of us and some items may be exempt from certain post-codes as the seller might have a pre-arranged delivery zone with their partner courier meaning there are certain locations where they are unable to deliver to
