The Most Recent Information Regarding Dine and Discover
The expiration date of the Dine & Discover NSW voucher program has been moved to the 30th of June in 2022.

Dine and Discover NSW is a new voucher program that was launched by the government of NSW to assist the state in recovering from the craziness that was the year 2020 and bouncing back stronger than ever. The program's goal is to do this by encouraging members of the community to get out and experience the finest dining and entertainment that the state has to offer. You will also be doing your part to support local businesses, many of which have not been having it easy recently, which is another great reason to take advantage of this opportunity.
The good news for people living in New South Wales is that they may be eligible to receive one of four vouchers each worth $25. You can choose to spend two of them dining out, while the other two can be used for various forms of entertainment and recreation. Both of them can be used seven days a week, including all of the major holidays.

You are eligible to receive the vouchers if you are at least 18 years old and a resident of New South Wales (NSW). They are vouchers worth a total of $100 that can be redeemed at participating businesses in New South Wales that have been registered as COVID Safe. Each voucher is worth $25.
On March 1, 2021, the Dine and Discover NSW voucher program went live, and it will be rolled out across the state. By entering your address into the box provided by this address check, you will be able to determine whether or not you are eligible to apply for the vouchers at this time.
Take note that any voucher can be used seven days a week, including public holidays, but that it can only be redeemed until the 31st of August, 2021.
You will only need to have two of the following:
  • Two pieces of identification that can be used to verify your identity, such as a driver's license, Medicare card, or passport from Australia (it is essential that the names on all of your documents be the same).
  • a mobile device running either iOS or Android that can be used to download the Service NSW app and redeem the vouchers
If you are unable to apply for the vouchers online because you do not have a mobile device or an email address, or because you are unable to apply for them online, you can call 13 77 88 or visit a Service NSW Centre.
Download the Service NSW app to your mobile device, then sign in to your existing MyServiceNSW account or create a new one. In order to proceed, you must be a resident of New South Wales and at least 18 years old.
PHASE 2: Click on the "Vouchers" tab, then select "Check your address." This will check to see if the vouchers are currently being distributed in your region. If it is, you can then move on to the next step, which is to apply online. '
STEP 3: You will be prompted to verify your details with two forms of ID and accept the terms and conditions (If you are a resident of New South Wales who is also an international student or an expat, you are also eligible for Dine and Discover New South Wales). However, if you do not have any of the forms of identification that are listed below, Service NSW will accept the following additional forms of identification at any of its centres: a photo ID from NSW, utility bills, a passport from another country, a student ID, or a credit card.
STEP 4 - You can find the four vouchers for $25 in two different places: the first is in the 'Vouchers' section of the Service NSW app, where they will be ready to use within the hour; the second is in an email from Service NSW with the vouchers attached, which you can choose to download and print instead.
If your application is accepted, the four $25 vouchers will be waiting for you in the 'Vouchers' section of the Service NSW app within the next hour after you have finished filling out the application. In addition to this, Service NSW will send you an email with the vouchers attached, which you can then download and print.
  1. Launch the Service New South Wales app on your mobile device and sign in.
  2. Choose the "Vouchers" option, and then choose the specific valid voucher that you wish to use.
  3. To choose a company that is taking part in the event, select the "Find a business" option.
  4. At the time of payment, you must present the QR code on the voucher for the business to scan.
  5. It will appear on your device that the voucher has been used.
Dine NSW Vouchers can be redeemed for meals consumed on the premises of participating restaurants, cafes, bars, wineries, pubs, and clubs.
Discover NSW Vouchers can be redeemed for a variety of entertainment and recreation options, such as museums, theaters, and concert halls, as well as live music and arts venues.

To begin, you will need to determine whether or not the particular restaurant has been authorized to participate in the Dine and Discover program. This can be done by using the Dine and Discover NSW business finder, which can be found on the website or app of Service NSW.
After that, go to the location where you want to use the vouchers, and do so in the same manner as you would with any other form of payment; however, you will need to redeem them in person. It is important to keep in mind that you cannot use both of your $25 Dine vouchers on the same day (since the purpose of the voucher is to encourage people to eat out as frequently as possible).
A word of advice: if you don't spend the full $25, the money left over will be lost. In order to get the most bang for your buck out of these chips, we recommend ordering an additional side of chips and paying the difference out of pocket.
