The Masters, widely considered to be the most prestigious of golf's four major championships, will return in 2022, and fans are already speculating about which prominent golfers—and one in particular—will participate.

Augusta National Golf Club will be adorned with the customary springtime flowers in the colors pink, orange, and yellow once again. The renowned green jacket that is awarded to the winner of the Masters will remain the same color for the 86th edition of the tournament. Hideki Matsuyama is the reigning champion thanks to his dominant performance in last year's tournament.

When will the Masters golf tournament be held in 2022?

Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia is playing host to this year's Masters tournament between the dates of April 7–10 AEST.
