The Greens are well on their way to becoming the most powerful third party in Australia, which will allow them to maintain the delicate power balance in parliament.
By voting 1 If you vote for the Greens in the House of Representatives and the Senate and then put Labor ahead of the Liberals, you are voting to do the following:
- Vote Green for your Member of Parliament so they can fight for the causes you care about.
- Put a stop to the 114 new coal and gas projects that the Liberals and the Labor Party are supporting.
- Create more influence for the Green Party in Parliament.
- Please lend a hand to oust Scott Morrison and the Liberals from office.
- Contribute to the election of a Labor government.
We are the only party actively working to halt the 114 new coal and gas projects that have the support of the Labor Party and the Liberal Party.
In addition to resolving the housing shortage and canceling all student loans, one of our priorities is to expand Medicare to include mental and dental health services.

The Liberal Party is not receiving any preference votes from the Greens in any of Australia's federal seats. If you use the how-to-vote card provided by the Green Party, Labor will receive more of your preferences than the Liberals will.
The following are some of the voting strategies that our voter guide will recommend you use:
- Vote 1 Greens
