As soon as the items that are part of an order arrive at the warehouse, they will be shipped. Your order could be delivered in several separate shipments; however, you will only be responsible for paying one flat shipping rate.

Express shipping will be used to deliver any items that have been ordered as soon as they are received at the warehouse. Your order might be delivered in several separate packages, but you'll only be responsible for paying one low flat rate.

When will your warehouse send out my book, and what is the cost?

After we have received your order, we will check it, finish the billing process, and prepare your item(s) before sending them out from our facility in Sydney.

You will find that the website's product pages all include an estimated delivery date range for both Saver Delivery and Express Delivery, if the latter option is available for the product in question.

This range of dates for the Estimated Delivery is based on a combination of the following factors:

  • the amount of time it will take for us to send your order out from our warehouse, and
  • the amount of time it takes for your order to be shipped to you

On the product page, you will find, in addition to an estimated delivery date range, the amount of time that will elapse between the time an item is purchased and when it is shipped out.

When can I expect to receive my order?

The "Estimated Delivery Date" is the date that your order is anticipated to arrive at the delivery location that you have selected.

After you have sent in your order, you will immediately begin receiving emails containing both a confirmation and an update on its status.

  • If you place an order for multiple items and some of them are out of stock, we will keep you updated on when the others are likely to become available.
  • When it comes to products that aren't immediately available, we'll keep you updated on the estimated ship and delivery times.
  • You will receive an email with the subject line "Order Shipped" as soon as your order has been processed and shipped from our facility in Sydney. This is where your tracking information will be stored.

Keeping tabs on the shipment

EParcel allows for the tracking of packages being sent by Australia Post while they are in transit. You can track your delivery by going to the AusPost tracking website and entering your tracking number; the information needed to do so will be included in the email that you receive when an order is shipped.

  • When using Standard Australia Post, delivery will typically take place between 2 and 10 business days after the item has been shipped. Please be aware that the time frame for delivery may differ according to the area in which the delivery is being made, and that the delivery may take longer than the initial estimated timeframe for a variety of reasons.
  • If, after the allotted amount of time has passed, you still have not received your shipment, we strongly suggest that you get in touch with your neighborhood post office, as the package may still be there, ready for you to pick up.
  • If you have contacted Australia Post but have not received any information in response, please get in touch with us so that we can verify that the delivery information we have on file is accurate. After that, we will get in touch with you to discuss the next steps.

You can monitor the progress of your shipment by going to the StartTrack tracking website and entering your consignment number. During the time of shipment, a copy of the invoice as well as the consignment number will be sent to you via email.

  • Please be aware that the time frame for delivery may differ depending on the area that you are having your order delivered to; the typical delivery time is between one and two business days.
  • If you have any questions about the delivery of your order, please call the Star Track Customer Service line at 13 23 45 and quote the consignment number that was provided above.
  • If, after making contact with Star Track, you still have not received any information, please get in touch with us so that we can verify that the delivery address we have on file for you is accurate. After that, we will get in touch with you to discuss the next steps.

Orders placed on a global scale

DHL is the courier service that is used for deliveries to locations outside of Australia; deliveries to post office boxes are not possible. You can find the prices for international delivery destinations further down the page. We will put your order on hold until we are able to ship you all of your items at the same time if it is an international delivery.

If the total weight of your order is more than one 0kg (2 Before we ship your order, we will let you know how much the delivery will cost, which will be based on the weight of your package (which is approximately 1 or 2 paperbacks for every pound).

Please be aware that recipients in some countries may be subject to duties or taxes on the 'import' of packages depending on the country. There are restrictions on delivery.

Please be aware that there may be an additional fee for shipping international orders to a remote area. If you are located in a remote area. DHL Remote Area Services allows you to determine whether or not the delivery address is located in a remote area.

Reshipping: You will be charged the cost of reshipping the order if it is returned to us by the delivery company because of incorrect or insufficient delivery details. This could happen if you provided the delivery company with the wrong address or not enough of it. Please be aware that if the delivery address is entered incorrectly and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address until the order has been received back into our facility, depending on the type of delivery option that was chosen.

If the shipping company is unable to deliver your order to the address you provided because the information is incorrect, they will send it back to Dymocks Online.

Dymocks Online will do everything in their power to ensure the accuracy of the information that you have provided. If you do not provide the correct address details and as much information as you possibly can to assist the couriers when they are delivering your order, we will not be able to guarantee that your order will be delivered to its intended location. g company name, level, suite etc

You will need to send an email to Dymocks Online notifying them of the error and requesting that the details of your order be changed if your order has not yet been shipped. If your order already has the status "packed" or "shipped," we will not be able to guarantee any changes to the shipping details you originally provided.

If the information that you provided was incorrect, we regret to inform you that you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning packages to their sender.
