In a large bowl that is safe for use in the microwave, combine the honey, sugar, and butter.
In a microwave oven set to 50% power, dissolve the sugar in the melted butter by microwaving it for three to four minutes.
Cornflakes should be coated in the glaze by gently stirring them together.
Put the mixture into muffin tins that have been lined with paper cups and fill them up to two thirds of their capacity.
Bake for ten minutes in an oven that has been preheated.

- Honey Joys should be allowed to cool in their respective tins for approximately ten minutes before being moved to a wire rack to finish cooling.
- Keep in the refrigerator for up to a week if stored in an airtight container. (See related notes)
The Method of the Thermomix

- Put the batter into the prepared muffin tins using a spoon, filling each paper cup to about two-thirds of its capacity. (See notes)
- Bake for ten minutes in an oven that has been preheated. The Honey Joys will have a shade that is ever-so-slightly darker, but they are not supposed to have a brown hue.
